That’s quite the article title isn’t it?! Seems fair, the A1.6C Carbon Matte Black by Solar Guitars is quite an awesome looking guitar. This guitar ticks more boxes than most when it comes to the checklist of features I don’t currently have in a guitar.

Here’s a quick recap for those who may be new to this site and/or new to this series. I love guitars—I may have a few of my own already—and I love looking into guitars that I don’t own, but would love to own. Back in 2013 I did my first series of 52 Guitars—52 different guitars by 52 different guitar manufacturers—and by that year’s end I’d bought one of the guitars in my wish list.
This year I’m revisiting the series concept and if all goes to plan, I may end up buying a new guitar from this year’s wish list. Perhaps it would be this week’s entry, the DC Coupe Ace MB by Prestige Guitars.

Like a lot of people right now, I’m fairly focused on things that are happening in my own backyard (so to speak). With a lot of people in isolation—some working, some unable to—I wanted to continue my focus on dream guitars. This week with a localised, Australian focus.
Where I come from, Ormsby Guitars is an obvious choice. The TX GTR is a model I have a lot of desire for.

Before I start this next late article in my Another 52 guitars series, I want to say to all readers of this article “Stay safe”. We are clearly in times unlike any of us have experienced before. We’re all going through trying situations daily and it’s difficult for some people—myself included—to focus on the things we’d been focusing on at the beginning of this year.
Having said that, I feel like it’s important to continue to have something positive to focus on. For me, one of those focus points is the possibility of a beautiful and shiny new guitar. Another piece of magic is this week’s dream guitar. It’s the Chapman Guitars ML2 Modern in the white finish. The finish is actually called White Dove. I assume because that’s what a magician would pull out of his/her coat. Or hat? I’m not sure, I’m not a magician.

I first discovered this week’s entry in the Another 52 guitars series when watching Jinjer videos. I saw Roman—guitarist for Jinjer—playing an unusual looking guitar and needed to know more. Once I discovered he was playing the Venus by OD Guitars, I was in Drooltown.
