Delivering customised content using If-So

You may be helplessly wandering around this site wondering what this If-So is all about. Well hapless visitor, let me educate you!

I mentioned recently that I am going to start sharing links to deals I come across in the design, music or social media realms. I thought it would also be worthwhile to expand on some of the deals I’ve already bought when they first came out.

If-So is one of those deals and chances are you’ve seen some of its magic at work when you landed on certain pages here from one referrer or another. Actually, if you came here from Twitter or Google, then you’ve already experienced If-So on this very page in the opening paragraph.

Lifetime deals on software and services worth sharing

Today, I’m introducing a new category to this website. It’s one I’ve thought about for a while now. It’s mostly been brought about by my love for all-things AppSumo—more on them shortly.

More importantly though, I figured that if you’re anything like me—guitars, graphic design and social media are the greatest—then you love a good software bargain that helps you with your own social media management, website enhancement or musical production.

Even if you’re not like me—you can always work on that—you probably still love a good deal. Let me share examples of the deals I’ve purchased for myself. Hopefully these links help show the quality and variety of services I plan on promoting here in this new content category.

Another 52 Guitars, week 23—Wylde Audio Nomad

I’d be lying if I said I didn’t own a guitar that was influenced by the designs Zakk Wylde has been applying to guitars for years now. Zakk’s Bullseye guitar and the variations that have followed since then are all really well designed. The RedRum Vortex design on the Wylde Audio Nomad is no exception. The design draws your eye into the business end of a seriously tempting guitar.

I know I want one.

Affordable V-style guitars … here’s seven I’ve found

Quite some time ago, I wrote about six guitars I could realistically see myself buying. Not all of them, just one of them. I’m not wealthy. Since the year I wrote that article, I’ve not purchased another guitar.

Dark times.

I’m hoping that this year is the year I break the drought. I feel like 2020 owes me something good. I’m pretty sure most of us have been questioning what has gone wrong with this year. Knowing that guitars always make me happy, I thought I’d look into my V-style guitar options.

Buildings reflected

Sometimes an interesting shot is right above you. This photograph was taken looking up between buildings with a beautiful winter sky in the background. The colour of the main building works perfectly against the blue sky backdrop.

New website features

After no survey was done, I decided to add a couple of never-asked-for features to this website. Why? Well, because it’s my website and I’ll pretty much do what I like. Still, if you are interested in having content sent to you so you don’t have to keep checking this site for updates, you’ll like at least one new feature.
