Around this time last year I hoped to get a custom guitar with a reversed headstock, Floyd Rose tremolo and a pair of kick-arse pickups. That’s right … Here in Australia we say arse. Unfortunately that guitar fell-through. That hasn’t stopped me wishing for such a guitar. I liked the concept last year and I still like it today. Guitars like the Buddy Blaze Guitars K2 Model 2H make it easy to want such a guitar.
I first heard about Buddy Blaze Guitars through the awesome (and also Australian) iheartguitar Blog. I figured if these guitars were getting such constant praise there, they must be worth a look. I was right (because Peter from iheartguitar was right).
So, what’s in the K2 H2 that makes it so good? Listing proves everything!

As I mentioned initially, I love the look of a good reversed headstock. This guitar certainly has that. The guitar body shape is a classic looking Super-Strat shape and although you can’t see it on this colour-free website, the colour is amazing (red as red can be). Having said that, a white version would look truly amazing. Can you imagine?! I can. That’s why this guitar is in my wishlist this week.
