Sometimes, even when pulling apart old and unused yard appliances you come across something that takes your eye from a photographic perspective. That was how I felt when I saw the sunlight reflecting vivid oranges and blues in this old BBQ grill.

I’ve had another attempt at creating a guitar-related brand. This time, it’s not for another person. This brand is for me. I’ll write about the reason for this brand in a future article. For now, here’s how I came to create the design and colour palette I’ve used for the Guitar Fascination brand.

This year I actually did a small piece of graphic design work. Yay me! It was a really fun project where I worked with a friend I met on social media many years back through our shared love of guitars. He’s actually good at playing guitar though and has decided to share his guitar knowledge with those keen to learn. Hence this logo.

Let me start by saying that sharing this post and the video embedded within this post terrifies me. I’m not naturally extroverted. Still, I like experimenting with video and figured the best practice material I could learn with was … me.
So, here is the outcome of my experimentation with the initial setup of video, lighting, audio and a few other bits and pieces. All of this done while unboxing my new Jackson Guitars X Series Signature Scott Ian King V KVXT. There needed to be something worthwhile in the video. The guitar is just that.
