With this second-last entry in the Another 52 guitars series, I wanted to try something different. Well, every guitar in this series has been something different, but this one has that little something extra. The Koloss GT-4 Guitar Kit is a guitar you put together yourself.
Also, it’s an aluminium body, so there’s that too.

Sometimes a classic guitar body shape is tweaked just enough to make it unique and somehow potentially better. Potentially. I think the Springer Guitars Seraph may have just accomplished such a feat. This body shape is killer.

This year I actually did a small piece of graphic design work. Yay me! It was a really fun project where I worked with a friend I met on social media many years back through our shared love of guitars. He’s actually good at playing guitar though and has decided to share his guitar knowledge with those keen to learn. Hence this logo.

Earlier this year I purchased another awesome deal from the folks at AppSumo—I’ve mentioned them and my happy addiction to their deals before. This deal was with the fine folks at Sticker Mule. It was time to put my brand on stickers so I could place them on random cars.

When I’m not looking for black guitars, I’m looking for white guitars. Fewer are whiter than the Lava Drops White Mist Flamed Maple Drop. Fewer still look as unique as this guitar.

Even though 2020 felt like quite the disaster, there were some great musical moments to be had. Many bands released awesome albums during times where the world truly needed something good to look forward to. Even though I’ve done this annual summary of my favourite album releases before, never have I felt the list to be so vital and required.
A great album release was something worth its weight in gold this year. When so much went wrong, it was critical to enjoy these new musical moments.

Well, I’ve come to that point where I now need to release an article a day to have this series finish on time. Luckily, I’m on holidays now and the remaining guitars are all guitars I’m super keen to be writing about. For example, the McSwain Guitars Fear and Loathing model is incredibly unique, super cool and ticks all the boxes for a guitar I’d love to own.
